Our recruitment process consists of three main stages: It begins with the submission and receipt of your application, continues with an interview with our talent acquisition team, and concludes with a meeting with the stakeholders related to the position you are applying for.

Applying with efficiency

Evaluating your application

We take the time to read each application. We have a founding principle that aligns with our values: providing feedback to candidates, regardless of the outcome of their application. If we believe your profile matches the mission and vision of the position, we will contact you. If your application is not selected, we will inform you as well.

Your first contact with our talent acquisition team

Congratulations! We are interested in your profile! A talent acquisition partner will contact you by phone. This initial call will serve to assess your interest, motivations, experience, and expectations for the position.

Meeting with your (future) stakeholders

Passing these first two evaluation stages will lead you to meet a panel of people involved in the position. This includes your future manager and other members of the team.

The goal here: to assess your skills for the position you are applying for and to get to know you better. The secret? Be yourself. At Boralex, we build on everyone’s differences to succeed together.

In some cases, you may be asked to complete a case study as a training exercise. If so, your talent acquisition partner will provide you with all the required information.
