Sallachy Wind Farm overview

The Sallachy Wind Farm site is located on the Sallachy Estate, 18km north west of Lairg, Sutherland in the Highlands of Scotland. The land across the site is a mixture of heather and moorland grasses and is principally used for deer stalking. The currently consented wind farm consists of 9 turbines with a maximum tip height of 149.9m and will be supervised through construction by the Boralex team in the UK.
