Technician - Electrical Maintenance

⚡ You will play an important role in:

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and regulations;
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as on-site interventions, aligned with production optimization;
• Participating in and executing work on the collector network and maintaining the substation;
• Accompanying and guiding vendors and contractors on-site;
• Participating in troubleshooting, as well as proposing and implementing creative solutions;
• Handling all other related tasks, such as building, access road, or grounds maintenance.

💡 To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A vocational diploma (DEP) or college diploma (DEC) in an electrical field, or equivalent training;
• Three to five years of relevant experience;
• Fluency in French (both spoken and written);
• Functional business English (an asset);
• The ability to work at heights and in confined spaces;
• Knowledge of and experience with medium- and high-voltage installations;
• Knowledge of instrumentation and controls (an asset);
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, leadership, and adaptability.
