Site overview
The municipality of Frampton owns 33.3% of Frampton Community wind farm and 66.7% by Boralex. The project is located on private land in the municipality of Frampton, in Chaudière-Appalaches, Quebec. The project consist of 12 Enercon E-82 turbines and is covered by a power sales contract with Hydro-Québec. With a 20-year term, the contract was awarded under the Hydro-Québec Distribution request for proposals for 250 MW of wind power in 2009.
